With the support of your line manager, assigned ‘buddy’ and wider network, you’ll enjoy learning that will serve to further your knowledge of dunnhumby and the markets they operate in.

The Graduate Scheme is carefully segmented to ensure you obtain a comprehensive view of all of dunnhumby’s UK Commercial functions. You’ll join the Insight Team as part of your first 6 month rotation, before moving on to a second 6 month rotation in the Media team, working continuously with Tesco and suppliers. Your final 6 month rotation demonstrates dunnhumby’s investment in their graduates by combining your interests and strengths with dunnhumby’s business requirements, you will work with your manager to find the right role for you.

Across every rotation:

- Aligned to a category team (Impulse, Household, Health & Beauty etc.), you’ll thrive in a fast paced environment
- Liaising closely with Tesco suppliers, you’ll quickly obtain a thorough understanding of client business objectives and strategies
- Travelling to your client’s offices, you’ll engage with them on customer projects and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships

Insight Rotation: 

- Collaborate with a variety of teams in order to fully understand dunnhumby’s suite of insight capabilities
- Employ a consultative approach to analyse the performance of key brands
- Recommend and evaluate the impact of changes made in-store
- Work with suppliers to evaluate new product performance and create strategies for customers

Media Rotation:

- You’ll liaise closely with the account management and insight teams in order to execute a collaborative approach when it comes to Tesco’s media portfolio (digital, in-store and print amongst others)
- Compile and deliver media strategies as a media planner, designing long and short term media plans aligned to client objectives and budget
- Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate learnings into future projects
- Liaise with suppliers in order to capitalise on campaigns linking them to key events


- Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard from a top tier university
