The Company have an appetite to grow and are looking for Financial Advisers who are ambitious, take pride in their work, have a will to succeed and who are happy to work both autonomously and as part of the team.
You may be a fully qualified Financial Adviser looking for a company that will support your aspirations and allow you the freedom to fly. Developing business from your own client base and a mixture of qualified appointments, existing client opportunities and other contacts using market leading technology, advice delivery and client service management systems.
Alternatively, you may not be quite fully qualified as aFinancial Adviser but you have passed FSRE or CeMap and have yet to fully complete your DipFA. If this is the case, you will be enrolled into the Company’s academy and fully trained (costs borne by the client).
Para-planning services, external compliance and marketing support are an integral part of the support provided. You will also benefit by having the Business Development team providing a mixture of appointments, networking opportunities, corporate business development opportunities, marketing support and client events.
The remuneration package includes Pension, PHI and a good basic salary (aae) plus bonus - OTE c. £100,000+
