Offering advice to both corporate and private clients on many aspects of design and construction, including maintenance, repair, refurbishment and restoration of existing commercial and residential buildings I am currently looking for a Chartered Building surveyor to join this market leading organisation who are based in North Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities

·Home Buyers Surveys & Valuations

·Building Surveys

·Schedule of Condition Reports

·Costed Terminal Schedule of Dilapidation Reports

Other areas of experience and knowledge of a candidate will also be embraced and welcomed in order to expand the areas of business that the firm is able to undertake..

Skills Required

·The Building Surveyor must have a degree in Building Surveying or similar. It will be preferable if the candidate is a member of the RICS (or equivalent), although not essential as training to meet RICS accreditation can be provided.

·You should have previous experience of doing the above work

·Must be a good team player but able to work independently

·Ability to build successful client relationships

·In return you will receive £40,000 OTE with career progression on top of exposure to some of the most prestigious projects the market has to offer.
