Job Title: Unit Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

Location: Oswestry, Shropshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum (£15 per hour) - + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, days only

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Unit Manager in a lovely specialist nursing home in Oswestry. This service offers a warm, friendly environment to all residents.

This home provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, such as those who have long-term conditions, physical disabilities or those who require rehabilitation. They also provide palliative care as well as respite care.

The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for passionate Unit Manager to work alongside the management team to ensure the smooth running of the unit.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management or leadership experience is essential for this position.
