HEAD PASTRY CHEF - £40,000 - 2 AA ROSETTES - LONDON
This stunning restaurant, which has gained an excellent reputation for serving innovative French/European cuisine, is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant seats 90 covers with a separate private dining area/chef's table for 20 covers. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie including ice-creams and petit fours. You will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating.
The kitchen is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background who is looking for ambitious chefs to add to his team.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the pastry kitchen with a team of 6 chefs. You will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads & ice-creams and you will also be responsible for training the junior chefs and passing on your knowledge. You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new ideas for the dessert menu. A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
