Our client based in the Clifton area of Bristol, is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a AA rosette level restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for Fine Dining, Banqueting and Room Service.
* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern AA rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator
* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at AA rosette kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated as will lead to head chef promotion
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary to £25k+
Meals on duty
