Sales Agents - Travel Insurance
We are looking for confident and energetic people to join our sales team in Southend to assist during the summer period.
Our Sales Agents will be calling our own customers to help them purchase their travel insurance as they may have got stuck when buying online. You will be answering any questions they have and generally helping them through the process, so that we can ensure that they are fully covered for their planned trips and holidays. You will also be calling our customers who may need help renewing their annual policies with us and taking payment for policies that may have not gone through first time.
We provide all the tools and knowledge that you need through our 4 week classroom training and you will go on to work in a lively and supportive environment.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week. This does include some Saturdays as these shifts are on a 2 week rolling rota basis working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9am to 5pm or Monday to Thursday 11:30am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm. You’ll never work more than 2 bank holidays in a year.
This temporary contract will end on 31st October 2017, however there may be an opportunity to offer a permanent role depending on your performance and the business needs.
We offer a starting salary of £15,500 per annum, plus a fantastic monthly performance related bonus of up to £300.
Our fully paid training starts on Monday, 12 June 2017 for 4 weeks and is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. So that we can ensure you get all of the training you need, we do need you to be available for the full 4 weeks.
