Telephone Sales Support Administrator
£15,000-£16,000 per annum
Permanent - Full Time

Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a telephone sales support administrator based in Stoke on Trent.

The role will be to market and sell the product, within the business category, over the telephone to both existing and potential clients. You will be reporting directly the Head of Customer Services & Commercial Support.

Duties:

  • Meet a good level of understanding of existing accounts as necessary in maintain/increase business activity
  • Achieve agreed level of cold calling activity to increase revenue
  • Identity good sales opportunities and present the benefits of the products to secure new business
  • Constantly seek new revenue opportunities
  • Input data into the software system
  • Ensure the customer care policies are adhered to at all times and ensure all customer details are fully completed
  • Schedule appointments from sales representatives to meet with potential customers
