Part-time hours
15 hours (3 days a week. Monday/Tuesday - Optional day )
£26,000 pro rata (£15,600)

Main duties and responsibilities

- Post supplier and sales ledger invoices onto SAGE software
- Reconcile ledger accounts

General finance Administration
- Make supplier payments and produce remittance advices
- Bank cash and cheques
- Raise sales invoices
- Process credit card payments and reconcile ledger with statements
- Process expenses
- Assist with the production of management accounts and reports
- Journal entries
- Assisting with month and year end
- File and archive finance and other records

Office administration
- Answer the telephone and respond to general enquiries
- Monitor the answerphone and deal with messages or pass them on as appropriate
- Maintain stationary stock
- Undertake other administration tasks and projects as and when they arise

Person specification
- Experience using both SAGE 50 and Microsoft Excel
- Good level of both written and spoken English
- Accurate data processing
- Educated to A level or equivalent and GCSE Maths or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Organised proactive team player
- IT skills

Desirable
-AAT Level 3
-Knowledge and experience using SAGE
