I am currently recruiting for a Trainee Credit Controller to work for an insurance company who specialise in both commercial and domestic claims. You will be fully trained in the department so previous experience is not necessary and to start with you will help the department by doing departmental administrative work and assisting in ad-hoc duties for the team. The client are based in Birmingham City Centre.

The role is Mon-Fri.

The salary is up to £18,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. I need someone who is able to use Excel and other Microsoft packages to a good standard, has excellent telephone manner for speaking to customers and is happy to take on various duties to help out this busy team.

There are four people in this department at the moment. I need someone bright, enthusiastic, with office experience. I need someone who can pick things up quickly and work on their own initiative.

Full training will be provided and the contract length is between 6-9 months.
