Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Officer, Birmingham, £16,500 to £18,000 for a multinational bank.

Your new company
This globally recognised, private sector bank provides a large range of banking services to corporate and retail customers in a variety of areas like investment banking, life and non-life insurance. Due to a new opportunity, a Customer Service Officer is needed within the Birmingham Branch.

Your new role
As Customer Service Officer you will be required to provide an excellent service to all customers coming into the branch. Process customer transactions in an efficient and timely manner. You will be engaging in conversations and providing information to customers, on the full range of financial services and products offered.

What you'll need to succeed
As Customer Service Officer, you will need previous face to face, banking experience and also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to process financial and non-financial transactions within a faced past environment. What you'll get in return Work for a large banking organisation located close to Birmingham City Centre. My client is offering a 12 month fixed term contract, at an annual salary of up to £18,500, plus 22 days annual leave.
