Xero is beautiful accounting software for small businesses. We’re growing our team and require an experienced Business Development Executive or Account Executive to help us support our Senior Account Managers and partners from our UK HQ here in Milton Keynes.

How you’ll make an impact

The Senior Account Managers handle large volumes of substantial accounting firms; their ability to

perform to the highest level will be the impact you make. The more time they can spend in front of

Partners or talking to them, the more effective your role will be and their final financial results will be partly a reflection on your impact.

Critical competencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Very good written skills


  • Familiarity with accounting principles and/or willingness, energy and interest to learn would be a significant advantage
  • Telesales experience with the ability to undertake inbound and outbound calls to customers in a consistent and timely manner
