Partnership Manager - Consumer Finance
Leeds, West Yorkshire and field based.
£35,000 Basic, £6,000 Car Allowance, 20% Bonus, Healthcare, Life Assurance, 10% Pension, Phone, Laptop.

In this role, the successful candidate has responsibility for managing a number of tactical and strategic relationships/service provisions. They will be responsible for the management and optimisation of 3rd party sales channels and the strategic outsourcing provision of services from outsourced provisions. You will monitor and manage key KPIs, liaising with various areas of the business to ensure the relationships are collaborative and relevant controls and governance are maintained. You will also manage other 3rd party relationships as the business grows, such as new affinity partners, direct service providers, etc.


* Managing the outsourcing arrangement with our key partner, reviewing and analysing
metrics, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and taking corrective action where appropriate.
* Working closely with the key partners Relationship Manager to ensure relevant reporting is
in place and issues are escalated appropriately.
* Working closely with other functions in the business to establish whether any issues are
being experienced with the service provision and working with the key Relationship
Manager to resolve.
* Reviewing controls and governance and highlighting to the Senior Leaders any issues
identified and areas for improvement.
* Working with the Credit Risk Officer to ensure internal and regulatory controls and in
place and are working as designed, to ensure early identification of any risks.

Introducer Relationship Management

* Working closely with the Performance Manager to transition from the 'on-boarding phase' to
'service management phase'
* Managing the relationships with introducers, reviewing and analysing metrics, ensuring
optimal performance.
* Holding regular review meetings with strategic partners.
* Ensuring the documented supplier controls and governance are adhered to.
* Undertaking regular reviews and audits of the introducers/partners' operating processes to
ensure all internal and external regulatory requirements are being met.
* Providing relevant management information to the Senior Leaders of the business.
* Working with the introducers to optimise performance, increase efficiency and reduce cost,
leading to more commercially attractive relationships.

Person Specification

* Commercially minded individual

* B2C/B2B Financial services experience is essential

* Experience of managing 3rd party providers

* Ability to adapt and prioritise workloads

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc

* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with the capability of presenting and
meeting with a wide range of individuals/businesses

* Customer focused with a desire to ensure exceptional customer service.
