We are looking for a passionate, organised and motivated individual for this successful and busy country house hotel located in the heart of the Cotswold's. With 100 covers inside and a large outside dining area we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills & a passion for cooking. This coupled with their ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment in this beautiful country restaurant.
You will be forward thinking but also understand the demands of working within a small branded group and the systems and procedures that are in place. The owners are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, both in the day to day running of the kitchen and also from a management point of view. This being said you should have a good financial understanding and will be fully responsible for all health & safety aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that the kitchen is compliant at all times. This makes up the basis of your bonus structure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar environment, within an accoladed environment.We are looking for a fantastic Head Chef with at least 1 year's experience from a fast moving, hands-on-role within a similar environment. You will work alongside the executive chef to put together the dynamic menu and you will be expected to give your input into the development and tasting of it. You will have be able to create specials to show off your creative side.
