I am currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager within the Media and Advertising industry.

Our client is one of the biggest and best in the industry, everything about them is extraordinary! That’s why they are looking for an out of the ordinary candidate to join their thriving and growing business.

What they want:

  • Experience of working within the advertising industry, signage and outdoor advertising could be an advantage.

  • A strong track record of developing, implementing and delivering business development plans to achieve agreed fee income targets.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to engage with and influence key decision makers at a senior level, to identify new business opportunities with both new prospects and existing clients. Particularly within the corporate, construction, events, exhibitions, property, retail and sports sectors.

  • Thorough understanding and demonstrable application of lead generation, sales and or client management activity and proposal/bid management.

  • Experience of working to a revenue target.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A full driver’s license is essential as travel across the UK and sometimes beyond maybe required.

  • Able and prepared to work remotely.

  • Be result-oriented with a passion for success.

  • It is essential that you are a team player.

What you will get in return

A very competitive £35k basic salary with a more than generous commission structure. You will also receive a contributory pension.
