£25,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience + Excellent Benefits
Due to expansion and growth, our Client is looking to recruit a Registered Manager with experience of managing Supported Living services. You will work alongside the senior management team and be responsible for managing several teams of Service Managers and Support Workers.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications up to and including Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards it and have a Registered Managers Award. You will need to have a track record of strong operational management as well as business development and experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities is also essential.
To carry out this role successfully you will have outstanding communication and problem solving skills, be a determined, focused and motivated individual with the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and have the drive to lead the business, playing a major part in its growth plans.
Regular travel across Manchester will be required so you will need to be flexible with the demands of the services and must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
