Internal Sales Account Manager
Basic £20 - £22,0000 OTE £12K, + Benefits

Our client in an independent international packaging company who has been established for over 60 years and are Europe's NO 1 supplier within this sector, with a turnover in excess of £200 million of which £20 million comes from its UK division.

You will be joining this company at an exciting time, building on their well established customer based which has mainly been developed from their internet and catalogue business and they are now looking to expand into new business opportunities.

The role of the internal sales account manager is to grew the revenue from a designated existing client base through cross selling/up selling and also reestablishing relationships with lapsed clients to convert them into trading accounts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
o Effectively manage, maintain and grow revenues from the assigned portfolio of existing large account customers
o Efficiently and effectively manage and resolve customer problems
o Achieve and exceed targets as set by line manager
o Prospect and where needed visit new potential business
o Efficient and effective time management
o Re-instate lapsed accounts
o Manage existing key customer's expenditure throughout the year
o Provide the highest level of customer service
o Setting up of appropriate pricing schedules upholding the companies objectives
o Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management
