Are you looking for your next opportunity within learning and development in a leading regional legal practice? 

My client is a large regional firm based in Cambridge, seeking an experienced learning and development coordinator to support and manage the development of the training within the firm.

The Learning & Development Coordinator role will entail working closely with the company directors and heads of department to identify training requirements across the company, delivering training to existing fee earnings within the business and inductions to new members of staff.

You will have a strong analytical mind-set and be able to identify what training is needed across the business, along with a good understanding of the conveyancing procedures, as this is currently the largest area within the business. You will also have some form of legal experience, whether that be as a solicitor/CILEX or otherwise, with a strong understanding of legal procedures, knowing which qualifications and accreditations are required in relevant departments.
