Customer Service Advisor
At iGO4 we take calls from customers who are seeking the right car insurance to meet their needs both for our own brands and on behalf of our partners. Our next start date will be in June at our central Peterborough site. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week 8-8 Monday to Fridays, 9-5 on a Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays, we operate on a rota basis with shifts confirmed several weeks in advance. Currently you will be required to work 1 weekend in 3. The starting salary is £15,000 up to £18,000 dependant on experience with an additional bonus of up to £3,000pa subject to specific targets being reached.
This role involves resolving a variety of customer queries relating to car insurance, from the initial purchase providing clear information about the product to mid-term adjustments and renewals. You will need to be professional, enthusiastic and resilient, striving to meet customer needs at all times.
You will complete 8 weeks comprehensive training to become fully accredited which includes 4 weeks in our academy to equip you to deal with the variety of customer calls you can expect to handle. You must possess a positive, confident phone manner and experience of customer service along with a willingness to help your customers.
You will receive 31 days holiday including bank and public holidays plus other benefits. Our office is located in Werrington, Peterborough providing easy access by bus and road.
