Our Client have an exciting opportunity for a Site Maintenance Engineer in Witney. Successful Engineer will have a mixture of the following certificates: 17th Edition, 2391 testing and inspection, fgas 2079, ACS GasSafe, PASMA, IOSH, IPAF.

The duties of the Site Maintenance Engineer in Oxford:

  • Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities safely and on-time to the agreed PPM schedule
  • Ensure that all relevant maintenance documentation is kept up to date and compliant to standards and procedures
  • Mechanical maintenance
  • Electrical maintenance
  • Plant equiptment maintenance
  • BMS systems knowledge
  • Minor fabric repairs
  • Fault finding on facility plant and equipment
  • Testing and inspection on facility plant and equipment


Full Driving licence The successful Site Maintenance Engineer will have:

  • A proven track record of planned maintenance and reactive works within a similar environment
  • Knowledge and training of fault finding skills of AHU / air conditioning systems and to carry out relevant minor repairs and general PPM activities
  • Ability to interrogate and fault find the AHU programming system
  • City & Guild qualification (or equivalent) in pipe fitting and general plumbing systems (commercial and domestic), including; domestic water, gas, air, chilled water, drainage systems, extraction systems, ventilation systems etc
  • Full Driving licence


  • 17th Edition IEE Regs:2008
  • Knowledge of TM44 requirements
  • Ability to interrogate and operate BMS systems
  • Recognised legionella training
  • Asbestos awareness training
  • Mansafe trained
  • To be fully IPAF trained and harness trained
