My client, a nationwide mental health and learning disability care provider, are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of managing residential services to the highest possible standard. This particular transitional service caters for younger adults with mental health issues and learning disabilities, aiming to help them integrate into the community.
They are paying £38,000 for the right candidate.
- Manage all aspects of the Home including budgets, staff development and overall business management.
- Ensuring the home meets the requirements of the Care Quality Commission.
- Lead a team of Support Workers, Team Leaders and a Deputy Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a residential service for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues for younger adults.
