Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager - Fashion
My client is one of the UK's top menswear stores, specialising in dress wear for formal occasions, with over 150 stores throughout the United Kingdom.
They currently have an amazing opening within their Customer team for a Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager, with at least 5 years experience in Omni-channel acquisition and retention marketing. You main objective would be delivering increases in conversion and transactions.
The right person would have:
- Experience in Omni-Channel acquisition and retention, including SEO/PPC, display Media, affiliates and proven experience in transactions and conversion increases.
- Experience in defining and executing digital marketing strategies.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and user experience.
- Analytical skills - translating insights into actions.
- A deep understanding of web analytics packages including SiteCatalyst, Discover, Test& Target and Google Analytics, as well as Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign Manager.
- A commercial/ecommerce background.
