Once the successful graduate has obtained a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, they’ll assume management responsibility and further develop their product and manufacturing knowledge. As your knowledge of process and requirements grows, you’ll assume more and more responsibility. In managing smooth site operation, you’ll be a relationship builder and will be confidently able to deliver presentations.

Role responsibilities:

- Balance budget output and cost targets
- Become well versed in all elements of the production process
- Procure site materials efficiently
- Manage employee relations and understand customer requirements
- Cement working relations with all other managers and colleagues at all levels of the business
- Learn and employ the legal and company health and safety requirements on site.

Candidate Requirements:

- Educated to degree level
- A relationship builder
- Ambitious and driven
- Excellent communication skills
