Sitting within a progressive, dynamic finance function, this role is vital to providing data insight to the wider business encouraging growth both organically and through acquisition.

Client Details

Our exclusive client are a rapid growing, private equity backed brand with a very entrepreneurial outlook. This company has seen vast expansion in recent years with the acquisition of two successful businesses with a view of adding a third in the coming months. This is a very exciting time for the business and the finance team, with further international expansion on the horizon the prospects for development within the brand are great.


The basis of this role is to provide key statistical support to the wider business and assist both commercial and operational stakeholders with insightful and timely commentary on company accounts during a period of rapid growth. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Financial reporting team management and training

- liaising with cross discipline stakeholders presenting timely accounts

- Full oversight of month end

- Cash flow forecast oversight

- Oversight of statutory compliance

- Work with Company Credit Controllers to review cash flow, debtor provisions and manage disputes

Whilst this vacancy will head up the reporting team, this is a varied role and the value added will be in the candidates ability work closely with commercial stakeholders and provide insights from data.


Due to the varied nature of this role and the seniority of the position in the business, our client has requested that only fully qualified accountants be considered (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). The ideal candidate will be well versed in the technical aspects of the role but will also possess the commercial acumen to assist in the advisory of senior stakeholders.
