They are currently recruiting for exceptional candidates who have prior experience within a corporate contact centre or financial service to join them on their esteemed Client Relations (Retirement Solutions) team.

The role involves taking incoming phone calls from our Direct customers and/or Independent Financial Advisers. You will be expected to respond to a variety of different types of enquiries which may include: information on a customer account, the details about a particular product, the resolution and prevention of a problem, in addition to web navigation and online queries.

Every interaction with a customer should be seen as an opportunity to meet our business goal of acquiring new and retaining existing assets. As part of this you would be expected to promote additional products and services where appropriate.

Your role is to ensure that all interactions with a customer are handled in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds the customers’ expectations.

This role also requires handling written correspondence and making outbound calls to resolve queries.

Complaint handling will also be required.

The amount of phone time versus customer relations work will vary depended on business needs.

Upon joining you will be given two weeks of intensive training, followed by a series of appropriate training workshops.

- Have previous experience with a corporate contact / call centre or financial services based organisation (e.g - insurance, retail banking etc)
- Possess exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Problem solver with keen analytical skills.
- Be able to commute to Redhill, Sutton or Kingswood station

Highly Desired:
- Educated to a degree level, however alternatives may also be considered.
- A working knowledge of PEPs, Pensions, ISAs and other financial products.
