Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a background in managing mental health services? Are you passionate about improving services and outcomes for people with mental health issues?

This exciting role will involve managing a residential service for adults with mental health issues, and some may also have a learning disability. You will have an excellent support network of a Deputy Manager and four Senior Support Workers within the service, and initial involvement from the senior management team

The Role:

- Management of a residential unit for adults with mental health
- Personalised support to service users/tenants
- Management and development of staff
- Service improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider community
- Rotas, budgets, and setting up new packages of care

The Successful Candidate:

- Excellent knowledge of mental health issues
- Experienced in managing mental health services
- Good understanding of regulatory framework
- Experience of change management
- Knowledge of the Care Act
- Competent leader
