£22,000 - £25,000 per annum + Attractive Benefit Package
Due to expansion and growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Manager to take responsibility for two small supported living services in South Manchester, supporting adults with a learning disability.
Reporting to the Registered Manager, your duties and responsibilities will range from liaising with health professionals and managing medication to coordinating activities, supervising and appraising your team and the management of budgets.
You must have experience managing a supported living service and possess an NVQ/Diploma level 3 or above in Health & Social Care along with the flexibility to work on a rota system with regular on call duties. A full driving licence is essential for this role with your own transport as you will need to drive between the two services and travel to the head office for various meetings.
There's plenty of opportunity for further training and to progress within the company due to the opening of new services over the coming months.
