Our client is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is on its way to becoming outstanding having achieved a good Ofsted grade in June 2015.

They are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Games Development (Higher National Level) to join their Creative Arts team. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Games Development qualification and / or have substantial experience in the Games Development industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
