Internal Account Manager
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join a small friendly team. An excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys account management and has the ability to identify opportunities for additional products.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
- Follow up and manage maintenance renewals
Manage incoming sales enquiries
Coordinate distribution and follow up
- Ensure that enquiries, issues and queries are resolved to a suitable outcome
Liaising with business partners
Experience within a commercial role, ideally account management and/or sales
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communications skills
- Must be a skilled communicator with a dynamic and engaging phone presence who excels in questioning, and listening, to determine the prospect’s needs
- Ability to learn
- Ability to generate written correspondence
