My client is based in Redditch and is looking to engage an experienced credit controller to join there team on a temporary basis. The role is to assist there accounts team in collection of outstanding debts. The role will be heavy on reconciliations and will require the successful candidate to have good excel skills as well as good communication skills. The role will consist of contacting clients via telephone or email and taking relevant payments. Experience of sage line 50 would be an advantage.

Duties to include -

Calling debtors to collect outstanding debt
Taking of payments via the telephone
Bank reconciliations
Data input
Various general admin duties

Excellent communication skills at all levels
Good keyboard skills and competence of Word, Excel and Outlook are required
High standard of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail
A team player with a flexible approach and a willingness to learn
Outgoing and confident personality who is able to operate at all levels
A self-starter who is pro-active and can set and achieve goals
Good standard of education
Strong organisational & time management skills
Ability to recognise potential risks to the Firm that should be escalated
