My client is an award-winning marketing agency, the largest and most international agency of its kind. They are seeking a highly ambitious Financial Analyst to come join their team, reporting to the FC and taking on the EMEA reporting and analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity because while you will be running monthly reports and profitability analysis - you will be given the chance to get involved in delivering the numbers and explaining what is driving business performance. A commercial outlook is essential as you will be getting behind the new business proposals. The role offers great exposure to working in a regional team, and how the management structure works in a highly dynamic and exciting marketing communications agency with vast senior stakeholder engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Standard Reporting - actuals/forecasting/budgeting
• Build reporting templates
• Collate monthly flash' and actual' data from markets to report back
• Collate quarterly reforecasting data from markets to report back
• Client profitability
• Collate monthly Net Working Capital data from markets to report back
• Collate monthly New Business data with revenue impact
• MPLB mismatch collation from markets

Client Finance
• Time tracking templates - all retained hours by month by role - all offices globally
• Collecting scoping / retainer templates per SOW-market
• Consolidation into the database using existing templates and systems
• Performance Evaluation bonus scores - assisting markets with the final bonus results of 2016, tracking markets on final agreements and ensuring billing
• Annual fee letters - tracking and collecting fee letters (retainer agreements) with info on billing (ties into the NWC reporting), focussing on Feb-March
