Job Purpose

  • To be responsible for sales performance and profitability of the Company
  • To achieve set targets
  • To improve Relationships with both Employers & Funding Bodies through effective PR
  • To monitor & manage employer engagement and offer support, advice & guidance

Strategic Objectives;

  • To effectively contribute to the achievement of the Company’s Strategic Plan

Key Performance Indicators;

  • Effective management of all WBL contracts
  • Management of internal audit systems to meet funding specifications
  • Proficient management of EPA targets & New Training Standard requirements
  • Effective use of Sales & Marketing Activity including Website

Key Duties;

  • PMR to be received by funding bodies timely
  • Reporting produced to SMT each month on target attainment across all contracts
  • Effective SAR management and liaise with QM to manage QIP
  • Ensure website is updated and improved with new marketing initiatives
  • Manage EPA to achieve targets including EO targets with employer engagement to new standard specification
  • Effective improvement and management of the MIS - Impact
  • Improve and develop organisational Equality of Opportunity policy and procedure
