Our Client based in Burton is looking a Parts advisor
The current role available would be to work within the Parts Department predominantly supplying parts to the Service Department.
Main duties to include
Ensure parts are supplied to the Service in a timely manner.
Possess good product awareness and offer a genuine up sell to our customers.
Maintain current department stock levels.
Embrace departmental performance and KPI's
Confident customer facing skills
Good telephone manner
High IT skills
Previous motor trade experience is preferred for this role.
