My client is a start up going through a rapid growth phase. They provide niche automation software that is sold to investment banks globally. They are now on the hunt for a Senior Sales Executive to join in their highly successful team. Reporting to the head of UK sales, you will need the ability to be a trusted advisor to clients to help ensure their Saas based solutions deliver real business value.
The successful candidate must have experience selling licensed software to investment banks. Candidates without this experience will not be shortlisted. The key to success in this role is a new business hunter who can identify quality leads and sell with a true consultative approach. Furthermore, you should have an absolute passion for technology and be a skilled lateral thinker. Remember you must be an autonomous new business developer, focussing on new logo's with an ability to manage relationships after the deal has been closed. We will consider any licensed based software, however as mentioned you must have investment banking connections.
Although the package is negotiable for the right person, initial indications are a basic salary in the region of £90,000 per annum. On top of this you will receive a full benefits package and an uncapped commission plan generating a double OTE for year one.
