This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week in a flexible

Who we are:
Our client is set in the beautiful countryside within
150 acres of stunning views, and it is home to the most
incredible outdoor lake-side ceremony venue in the area. We
cater for Weddings, Private Parties, Conferences, and Societies.

support each other moving forward.

The role:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week on average,
in a flexible working environment. Working hours include some
evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business.
You will effectively lead the front of house team ensuring
exceptional standards are upheld at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintain and manage a strong beverage GP%
* Train and supervise the front of house team
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times and
ensure own team follows the same standard
* Supervise the setup of weddings and events
* Take ownership in all front of house responsibilities
* Be part of a team of success and project an infectious
positive and hard-working attitude
