We are currently recruiting for a sTeleales Executive to join our prestigious client based in Birmingham. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including commission, pension and great working hours.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years previous experience as a Telesales Executive, who is looking for a position within a growing company. This role requires flexibility in line with the needs of the business, and the ability to attend events and trade shows. Candidates with experience in conference, advertising or exhibition sales are encouraged to apply.

Main Duties of the Sales Executive include:

  • Researching and sourcing your own leads
  • Cold calling companies to generate sales
  • Undertaking pitches in order to secure business
  • Closing the sale
  • Offer support to other members of staff
  • Exceeding weekly sales targets

To be considered for the role of Sales Executive, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, making outbound cold calls
  • Experience of sourcing your own leads and selling to high-level decision makers
  • Experience of exhibition sales would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Prioritise workload
