Leading Global Consultancy seeks to hire experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team

Your new role
Your new role will see you working in one of the Cost Management teams carrying out full pre and post contract duties. You will be working with a variety of clients so you will have a client facing personality. Your new role will see you providing expertise and support for a number of key projects. Your day to day will see you liaising with all external and internal stakeholders to enable the projects to progress without delay, to assist in the preparation of activity schedules, bills of quantities in accordance with methods of measurement , presentation of tender and contract documentation, attending interviews, carrying out full tender analysis and comparisons through to preparing the recommendation report.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a RICS credited degree in quantity surveying and be either a Chartered or working towards a Chartered status. You will have experience working within either a consultancy or contractor and be aware of the current market. You will also have a full clean drivers licence. Experience in Residential and Commercial sectors will be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
