Our client is a leading luxury skincare company with an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Brand Manager. Ideally you will have knowledge of working within a number of markets and a track record of landing brand plans into markets. Reporting into the CMO and working alongside a highly experienced marketing team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the creation of the brand annual calendar which is the blueprint for execution across markets encompassing Innovations, Brand message, Social themes, Partnership profiles
  • Guiding the creation and deployment of the brand tool kits for event assets into markets by working hand in hand with the country teams
  • Focusing on the result looking for continuous improvement in how the brand operates in communication channels as well as in customer channels
  • Analysing sales data and consumer insights to help shape the future strategy as well as improve and evolve future tool kits.

We are seeking an experience Brand Manager with:

  • A strong bias for action and desire to get results
  • An excellent communicator, in presentation as well as written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and passionate about beauty/skincare
  • Good media and customer understanding
  • Experience working with a range of markets, USA experience is desirable
  • Experience working for or with customers (pref prestige)
  • Analytical, methodical and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work well and deliver through others
