About the client:

Cavendish Maine have partnered with a fantastic Wealth Management firm in their aspiration to add structure and a new level of management to their Operations team. They are looking for a Senior Paraplanner or established Paraplanning Manager to support 10+ paraplanners across 2 other locations and bring a level of experience, ownership and fresh ideas to the role.

About the Role:

Working in partnership with the Process Manager you will be able to shape how the service is delivered by your team. Collaborating with Financial Planners and the Operations Manager you will be a strong motivator and advocate of the brands values and proposition.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing a team of paraplanners
  • Developing work streams/ processes
  • Measuring the success of your team against SLAs
  • Working as a paraplanner to keep your skills sharp
  • Developing working relationships with the Head of Ops, Head of Wealth and Advisers.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

The successful candidate must have strong managerial or mentoring skills, evident in a role similar or through previous experience. You must have worked in a similar role in financial services either paraplanning or as an adviser with DipFS or DipPFS. It is important that you fully understand the middle to back office functions of a wealth management firm and are able to demonstrate your platform, product and client knowledge.
