We are delighted to be looking for Customer Account Managers to fulfil a vital role for a great local organisation. This person will strengthen our clients existing established team and we are keen to talk to potential candidates who can develop good working customer relationships with their clients and help their business partners build profitable businesses.

Main Duties of the Customer Service Advisor include:

Manage an account base of between 120 - 150 key clients

Actively plan and prepare for individual sales activity

Maximise sales opportunities through the development of customer relationships

Use Marketing tools, POS and appropriate budgets to leverage deals

Monitor buying patterns

Liaise with Supply Chain Partners to facilitate delivery of goods

Ensure all queries are dealt with in a professional, timely manner and in a way satisfactory to the needs of our customers

Answer inbound calls and contribute to the achievement of Service Level within the Sales and Service Centre

To be considered for the role of Customer Account Manager, you will have:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Possess a sound level of industry knowledge

Experienced in a Call Centre environment working to KPI standards

Good time management skills

Target driven with a proven track record in sales Desirable

Behavioural competencies

Sales focussed

Proactive team player possessing good interpersonal skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills (Good attention to detail)

Displays negotiation skills

Able to work individually and as part of a team Desirable

Able to manage conflict Technical competencies

Excellent PC Skills - Fully competent in all MS Office packages

Ability to plan and execute activity with a focus on added value & increased sales

Previous understanding of sales techniques

Good analytical and evaluation skills
