The Company:

Our client is a small but busy Independent Financial Advice organisation based in central Bristol. They provide holistic financial advice to businesses and individuals.

They pride themselves on being fully independent and with more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, and are able to take a long view on the way markets behave and what clients need as their lives change or their businesses progress. They provide a wide range of advice on mortgages, pensions, life insurance and investments to individuals and businesses.

The Job:

Working on a part time basis, our client is looking for someone to work 15 hours (hours are flexible to suit the perfect candidate). It’s important you have gained experience working in financial services administration as your roll will be supporting a busy advisor with all paperwork and a cloud based back office system – IntelliFlo. As well as understanding all the supportive administration and co-ordination tasks, you will have super communication skills and able to work under your own steam and organise tasks efficiently and effectively.

The Person:

In additional to financial services administration experience, our client is also looking for:

Good grammar and spelling and able to put professional letters together

Good interpersonal skills especially telephone manner

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, - especially mail merge and templates

Database management using back office system

Knowledge of Financial Services products, jargon and regulatory compliance

Ability to run an office and resolve basic administration issues such as stationery, telephony, computer /printer problems.

The Location:

Bristol central – no car parking

The Hours:

15 hours per week – to suit

The Salary:

£16,000 pro-rata
