A successful and established business based in Kidlington, are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, as soon as possible. This organisation are well respected in their field, and boast many prestigious clients who they have serviced for many years. 

Main responsibilities will include: 

Maintenance of the purchase ledger, processing invoices/credit notes, and reconciling supplier statements
Credit card reconciliations, including staff expenses
Assisting in the preparation of payment runs
Reconciling bank accounts, posting cash payments
Matching GRNI's and contacting suppliers with invoice queries
Maintenance of sales ledger, including raising invoices, receipting BACS, cheques and credit card payments
Some administrative duties will including updating prices, filing and answering queries on behalf of the accounts team. 

Candidates with previous experience in either an Accounts Administration or an Accounts/Finance Assistant role would be preferred. Candidates who has an intermediate knowledge of Excel would be desirable. 

You will have a committed attitude to work, with the ability to multi-task within a small and busy office environment. 

The role is offered om a full-time, permanent basis, with free parking on-site. Hours of work are 09.00-17.00.
