Page Personnel are now recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the accountancy team of a well established successful manufacturing company based in South Leeds.

Client Details

This well established manufacturing services business have built up a reputation based on the high standard and varying services they provide to their customers. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the finance function of the company based in South Leeds.

Description

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to: inputting purchase invoices, reconciling invoices to supplier statements and producing monthly payment lists, dealing with various queries, processing company card payments, petty cash handling, assisting with credit control when required, inputting payroll information into the system and other ad hoc duties as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previously worked within a purchase ledger position
  • Previously dealt with Payroll and credit control
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
