Position: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) + excellent benefits package

Hours: Full Time hours

Contract type: Permanent

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join a very reputable nursing home based in Horsham, West Sussex. This small specialised nursing home provides neurological care to residents from ages of 18 and above with long-term conditions. The home provides person centred care to adults with neurological conditions such as Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injuries. We are looking for a passionate nurse to work as a Deputy Manager and assist the Home Manager with the smooth running of the home. Staff morale at the home is high.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. Previous managerial experience and experience within a similar client group to this service is desirable. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
