Fantastic opportunity to join a well established property company based in Swindon and along the M4 corridor.
Our client is looking for a Field Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and offering a salary of £22,000 to £25,000 plus commission and company car.

Job Summary
In this role you will be working with pre-qualified, strong customer leads. You will be responsible for meeting with our clients face-to-face usually in their own home. During this meeting you will need to fully understand their needs, create and present bespoke solutions. From this you will agree a realistic, proactive strategy that moves the customer forward in the sales process.

You will be the main point of contact for the customer you will be responsible for ensuring that the Sales Support Teams and the customer deliver against the agreed strategy to achieve sales within the targeted timeframes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Manage own diary to maximise all revenue streams
*Provide outstanding customer service to both customers and partners
*Act in accordance with the Company's Code of Practice and demonstrate integrity at all times
*Maintain regular contact with Sales Manager, Team Leader and Home Moving Team so progress is captured and reported as appropriate
*Update the company CRM system with information on the outcome of customer meetings
*Work proactively to overcome objections and work towards a resolution for customer
*Look to make continuous improvements to the sales process within the department
*Wiling to accepting driving as a key part of the sales process
*Requirement to travel to Head Office weekly, usually on a Monday (based in Chichester)

The ideal candidate:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to adapt communication style as appropriate
*Ability to negotiate and close sales
*A passion for sales and customer service
*Target driven and able to meet agreed targets
*Ability to organise and to self-manage to ensure effective time management
*Self-motivated, capable and resilient to working remotely and without direct supervision
*Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion
*Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
*Commitment to on-going personal development
*Experience in a customer facing sales role
*Proven track record in a Field Sales environment
*IT literate - CRM and diary management
