An established and growing organisation is looking for a bright and motivated Regulation Case Officer to be based in the London Bridge area, London.

The successful candidate will be part of the Regulation team for a national healthcare regulator tasked with assessing professionals' fitness to practice. This wide-ranging role will involve communicating with the organisation's regulatory function, investigating complaints, applying protection of title procedures and providing support to the Regulation team.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have a good understanding of the regulatory sector and ideally have experience managing some cases. It is essential to have exceptional organisation skills in order to prioritise competing deadlines while still maintaining exceptional attention to detail even when assimilating complex information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and a commitment to providing the best quality of service are also required. Any legal qualifications will be considered highly advantageous, but are not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a determined and proactive candidate with a proven track record of making suggestions to benefit a business. This Regulation Case Officer role is paying up to £31,000 plus benefits including strong pension and 26 days holiday.
