A Facilities Coordinator job in Birmingham working within a client side organisation

Your new company
Working for a extremely well known and reputable client side organisation in Birmingham, the company have a fantastic reputation within the Midlands. They are looking for a Facilities Coordinator for a 12 month maternity cover contract starting immediately.

Your new role
You will assist with the day to day operational running of a large multi use site, managing the CAFM system, coordinating suppliers, contractors and maintenance. You will be required to raise PO's and drive the performance of the contractors, consultants and supply chain.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong knowledge of FM, a proven ability to manage contractors, strong organisational, admin and reporting skills.

What you'll get in return
