They provide accounting and financial software specifically for the construction industry and have incredible growth.   • They provide accounting software which has a big benefit for those construction clients with contractors.
  • There is little micromanagement within the business and you also have direct access to the CEO.
  • The company is looking to grow and expand over the next 3-5 years.

The Job

  • You will be working in a New Business Sales position, where you keep any account that you win.
  • You will receive full training and be provided with everything that you need to succeed.
  • This sales role has come about through pure organic growth and expansion.
  • Covering the South East so expect some travel! The rewards though for your efforts will be fantastic.
  • You will be fully supported by an internal marketing team, as well as some amazing tech gurus!

The Ideal Candidate

  • You must have sold software or SaaS, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • It is important that you have sold software into the construction market.
  • If you have sold financial or accounting software as well - perfect!
  • The candidate has to be driven, determined and motivated to succeed.
  • You will be based in London.

What You Get

  • £45k to £55k base with an OTE of £10k to £15k on top.
  • Car allowance, pension and 25 days holiday per year.
