Nuffield Health are looking for Billing Assistants to support the billing and accounts receivable staff in the Finance Operations

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Raise and apply credit notes when approved.
  • Update and correct details on patient's accounts.
  • Update billing group accounts details.
  • Raise and issue manual invoices.
  • Upload invoices for electronic billing using the designated secure billing application.
  • Process failed invoices in Healthcode.
  • Re-bill incorrect invoices accordingly.
  • Ad - Hoc assistance and tasks as required.

  • Relevant administration experience.
  • Has understanding of booking and billing process.
  • Proven experience of effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
