The Role: The Customer Marketing Manager will assist with the overall delivery of the off-trade brand vision and strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to deliver marketing advice and expertise to current and prospective customers, to deliver sales growth and increase brand awareness. As well as this, the candidate will be responsible for shaping shopper insights and brand activation within the multiple grocers and conveniences business channel influencers.

Responsibilities for the position of Customer Marketing Manager include:

  • Shaping brand activation plans within the grocery channel
  • Building shopper insights reports to shape BTL activity
  • Working closely with the sales teams and toolkits and presentations

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have customer, trade or shopper marketing experience within FMCG or beverages
  • Have a strong understanding of and experience in the off-trade
  • Be a commercial individual who understands the drinks industry

The Package for Customer Marketing Manager:

  • Salary: £45-55,000
